Deal status: is the TableKit lifetime deal still available?

That is not the WordPress plugin, and nothing on the repository mentions the plugin or its lifetime buyers. We could not confirm whether the same people are behind both. For an owner, the practical point is simpler: the product you bought is at wpmet.com and on wordpress.org, where "TableKit – WordPress Table Builder" by Roxnor (WPMet's publisher account) shows 4,000+ active installations and is tested against the current WordPress release.
